Your ticket numbers are sent to you by email after purchase. You can also view them anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “My Entries” section.

All winners are chosen completely at random using a verified draw system or live stream. Every ticket has an equal chance of winning.

Every draw goes ahead once the timer ends — regardless of how many tickets are sold. We never cancel or extend draws unless clearly stated in advance.

Most competitions include a cash alternative. If available, it will be mentioned in the prize details on the competition page.

We arrange delivery or collection within a few business days after the winner is confirmed. Larger prizes such as cars may take slightly longer, while smaller prizes are usually dispatched quickly.
