Terms and Conditions – Elite Competitions

Elite Competitions operates prize competitions with both paid and free entry routes.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions:

  • “Promoter” means Elite Competitions Pty Ltd;
  • “Website” means https://elite-competitions.com.au;
  • “Account” means registering an account on the Website by providing accurate personal information as required by the Promoter;
  • “Competition” means a prize competition available via paid or free entry, which results in a Winner being awarded a Prize, subject to these terms and conditions;
  • “Winner” means the person who has been allocated the Winning Entry and verified with proof of identity;
  • “Prize” means the reward available for each Competition;
  • “Proof of Identity” means a valid Australian Passport or a current photo Driving Licence.

2. General

  • By creating an Account and entering a Competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • Competitions cannot be entered without first registering an Account on the Website.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to close any Account if it believes there has been abuse, cheating, or inappropriate behaviour.

3. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in Australia.
  • Employees of Elite Competitions and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

  • Entries can be made via paid entry on the Website or by free postal entry (details provided on each competition page).
  • All entries must be received before the closing date and time displayed on the Competition page.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The Winner will be selected randomly using Random Picker or Google Random Number Generator.
  • The Promoter will contact the Winner directly using the details provided in their Account.
  • The Winner must provide proof of identity before receiving the Prize.

6. Prizes

  • Each Competition will specify the Prize being offered.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided unless stated.

7. Liability

  • The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Entrants arising from participation in any Competition or acceptance of any Prize.

8. Data Protection

  • By entering a Competition, Entrants agree that their personal data may be used for the administration of the Competition and promotional purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
